To Users of x64 PCL 5/6 drivers
To avoid a newly discovered page counting issue, please update your x64 PCL5/6 drivers to the latest versions. This can be done by downloading the drivers from the driver download page.If you are participating in the Meter Click service contract, please contact your service representative or original point of purchase for further assistance.
What is the issue?
An extra blank page is added to the end of duplex jobs with an odd number of pages. This blank page is counted in the printer page counter. If a Watermark is applied to the job, it will be printed on the added blank page.

Checking your driver version
The version of the driver is shown in the "About" window.
To access the "About" window, open the driver's "Properties" and click the "About" button in "Printing Preferences".
